如何 Detox Your Life

Hello Everyone, I seem to have reached this point in my young life where I feel so clustered, sometimes alone and just exactly not sure how to make the right decisions in certain situations. I recently felt the need to just completely get rid of some things in my life and to more or less concentrate on me for the time being and ensure that I feel somewhat free. I thought I might make this post and maybe it might help someone out there too. 

1. Detox Your Body 
There are many ways that this can be done and my personal ways that I find works is by firstly drinking more water. Water is so important for the body's biochemical reactions to take place and secondly it gives your skin a more youthful and healthy glow. Secondly I have a massive obsession for coffee and honestly it is so bad for the body and mind actually. So these days I have decided to swap the coffee for lemon and ginger tea or sometimes I go for green tea but as I do not like the plain flavour I also love to squeeze some lemon juice into it. 
Exercise is a big factor, I try and exercise every other day but as long as you are keeping active that is what is important as it makes you firstly feel great about yourself and you generally have a stronger and fitter body. Lastly I encourage that you should just have a healthy diet, I said to myself no more fizzy drinks and this one change has been amazing already. I try to eat wisely and just remember that you are what you eat ladies and gents. 

2. Detox your mind 
If you are anything like me and tend to over think  pretty much everything even when you probably shouldn't of course you are going to feel cluttered. Let me remind you that much like your body, you feel slimmer and cleaner when you detox your thoughts. However, make sure you forgive yourself during the process a you are only human. My first advice is to soak your mind with positive juices, let us be honest if all you can think about are all the bad things that are happening in your life then of course you are going to feel like crap and feel like you are trapped in this sad and unfortunate life. Secondly get up, get to work or set yourself a goal or a project. I just got a job recently and I am excited to start so I can keep myself busy and I am determined to carry on with this blog as I wanted to stop earlier this month. 

3. Detox your social life (Negative People) 
The first thing to do is to actually recognize these people in your life. Detoxing involves letting out the bad so you can let in the good and this idea is the same with the people you surround yourself with. You do not need frenemies or just people who have nothing valuable to add into your life so therefore this maths equation tells me to use the method of elimination and trust me you wont miss them. You have to be open to form new relationships with people who will add value and support into your life. Family are the friends you don't choose and remember that they will be the ones to stand by your side in every situation. 
Reduce the time you spend on social media and this one I am still working on as they can be very dangerous. Create real memories and you do not need to post your entire life online. Lastly do not feel guilty about letting go of some people remember you are your own bestfriend and if you don't take charge of your life, nobody will do it for you. 

4. Bring on the positivity
Surround your self with positive people and these are mainly people who support your ambition and aspirations. They are up to big things and so therefore you admire them because you believe they kick ass in life. One thing I want to mention is having a girlfriend or boyfriend is not going to make fully happy. You have to be happy inside and that will help to be truly happy with or without a relationship. So for those of you who believe that getting a boyfriend or girlfriend will solve all your problems sadly it will not. 

5. Pray Pray Pray 
As a christian just praying to God makes me feel so free as I can open to God unlike any person even my family and closet friends. Trust me it is a comforting feeling and I want to urge you even If you are not a christian just say a few word and ask God to lead you in the right path. I feel like this weight has been lifted off my heart and it is the most beautiful feeling in the world.
